Ka-Chow is a family owned and operated business. Tracing back our roots to the scenic fields of Vietnam, Roger’s father who is also a chef, runs a traditional family restaurant. The passion for food runs within the family.
MOVING TO AUSTRALIA
When Roger and his family moved to Australia, Roger wanted to expand his culinary skills even further and started experimenting with different cuisines. Over the years, he studied under renowned chefs and experienced working in some of the most well-known kitchens in Brisbane.
Roger had a vision. He wanted to combine his traditional roots with various modern cuisines to create something special – Asian fusion. As a result, Ka-Chow came to life in 2019 at North Lakes as a local family business. Ka-Chow prides itself in the art of Asian cuisine, by using fresh and traditional Asian ingredients with modern techniques to create innovative and flavourful dishes.
